About the information in your request

Your name, phone number, and symptoms are required. Area of concern, visit type, and preferred date and time are optional.

We use your name, phone number, and preferred date and time to reply and arrange your appointment. We use the health information in your symptoms and area of concern to understand your question and prepare for your visit.

How long we keep it: one year after your consultation is completed, or for the period required by law, and then we delete it.

You may choose not to agree, but without the required consents we can't take your request online. You can also book through the messenger or by phone (+82-53-716-1175).

Appointment FAQs

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Yes. You can come in on the same day during clinic hours. Depending on how busy we are that day, you may have to wait, so it helps to check with us first through the messenger or by phone (+82-53-716-1175) before you head out.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Just let us know through the messenger at the bottom right of the page, or call us at +82-53-716-1175.

Is there anything I should bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID (such as your passport). If you take any medication, bring the package or a photo of the prescription. Recent health checkup or blood test results, or MRI/X-ray reports, are also helpful for your visit. It's fine if you don't have them.

Is parking available?

Yes, you can park in the building (Apple Tower). If it's full, we'll point you to a nearby lot 1 to 4 minutes away on foot. Just show us your receipt and we'll cover the full parking fee. See parking locations

It's okay if you don't know where to start.

Start with the one thing that bothers you most right now. You don't need to look up diagnoses or treatments before you come. If you've been treated somewhere else, or don't have any records, just tell us where things stand.

Helpful to bring, if you have them

  • Recent health checkup or blood test results, MRI/X-ray reports
  • Medications you take (a photo of the package or prescription is fine)
  • A short note on when it started, where it hurts, and when it gets worse

If you don't have any records, just let us know. We'll explain how to send them when you book.

Good questions to ask when you book

Ask what tests we'll do on the first day, how long the visit will take, and roughly when your next visit would be. Your treatment plan and visit schedule may change depending on test results.

Your first visit isn't about finishing all treatment in one day. It's where we find the cause and decide the next step together.
