Chronic fatigue & burnout
You don't feel refreshed after sleep,
and by afternoon you're worn out.
A worthwhile investment in your body.
Care for chronic fatigue, low immunity and healthy aging.
Do you feel your body isn't what it used to be?
It may be time to replenish your energy.
You don't feel refreshed after sleep,
and by afternoon you're worn out.
After a serious illness or surgery,
you need to get your strength back quickly.
You catch colds often
and keep getting minor illnesses like shingles.
Your head feels foggy, you keep forgetting things,
and you get less done at work.
Fatigue isn't simply caused by poor sleep. "Chronic fatigue" sets in when your internal organs, the engine of your body, weaken and can't produce energy, or when the energy they make can't circulate through the whole body.
When qi is lacking, the body feels heavy. When blood is lacking, the head feels foggy. When body fluids dry up, the skin gets rough and aging speeds up.
At 당당한의원 대구수성점, we use detailed pulse diagnosis and in-depth consultation to carefully assess the excess and deficiency of your internal organs and the balance of your qi and blood.
Instead of just getting by on caffeine, we replenish the energy your body is missing to help you get back to a more energetic daily life. That is the goal of the 당당한의원 대구수성점 wellness program.

I see patients whose tests came back normal but who still don't feel right. I check the state of the body through abdominal diagnosis (pressing on the belly), tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis, and I record what I find as numbers so we can compare at the next visit.
With pain, I don't look only at the spot that hurts. I look for the cause in the way your feet meet the ground, the balance of your jaw and the way you walk. When I explain a treatment plan, I also tell you which study, in which journal, it's based on. I believe evidence only counts as evidence if you can check it yourself.
We carefully assess your current condition,
what energy you're lacking, and your daily habits.
We put together the herbs best suited
to your constitution and symptoms.
In our in-house decoction room, we brew your medicine with care,
using clean water and carefully selected herbs.
We explain how to take it properly for the best effect,
and how to take care of yourself day to day.
A. It's good to take one when the seasons change or when your energy is low. Taking it regularly in spring and fall can also help you stay healthy.
A. No. Deer antler is an herb that replenishes qi and blood; it doesn't make you gain weight by itself. Just be careful not to overeat if your appetite improves.
A. Yes. Everyone lacks a different kind of energy (qi, blood, yin or yang), so you should always have a pulse diagnosis first and take medicine that suits you. That way you can expect benefits while avoiding side effects.
Health information straight from our doctors.
If you're considering Gongjindan for a student preparing for exams, we've used two studies to sort out what you can expect and what you shouldn't. There are no studies yet on grades or concentration. Before prescribing, we check the cause of fatigue, digestion and constitution, current medications and the possibility of pregnancy, and liver values.
The saying that herbal medicine damages your liver has some basis. So we looked at the numbers. In a study that followed prescribed herbal medicine from the start, liver injury occurred in 6 out of 1,001 people, or 0.6%. It isn't zero, so our conclusion is: take it while being checked.
Hesitating over whether to get herbal medicine is reasonable. It means you don't want to decide what goes into your body without evidence. We don't prescribe without testing, we don't recommend it on the first day, and we set an end date before we start. Here are those principles.
